I would like to thank Luis, the live customer rep, who helped me on the 5th of February 2010, at 15:5:6 with regard to order #129****. It had been set for Findorelei to be ddelivered to Shandris - Horde, but do to a problem sticking online it sent it to our usual server Balnazaar - Allianance, for the charcter of the same name. Luis was friendly, courteous, polite and helpful at all times. He did a tremendous job. He should be commended for same. Thank You

To Whom It May Concern, I will be posting in this email the chat log that was in progress during the horrific delivery situation that occurred just recently today. You cannot see firsthand what is happening in the game, but from the content that I relate to Jack in the support chat you can get a fairly good idea of how your delivery employee was acting. I finally did get delivery of 170 keys, even though my order was for 1000k gold. I mistreated Jack during the heat of the moment due to my frustration and anger, but looking back on the log I believe he should be commended for how professional and polite he was, as well as for how well he kept his cool in a very frustrating situation. Lastly, due to your delivery fool being the way he was, I was suspended from work for three days for not showing up on time. While I cannot reasonably expect your team to reimburse me for my substantial lost wages, I do expect you to make some kind of gesture of apology for the situation as a whole.
